A graduate from the University of Trieste, Nico has worked as a coordinator in a therapeutic community for adolescents and young adults in Italy, specialised in addressing distress, addiction and group dynamics. He is experienced in designing rehabilitation and integration programmes for individuals with disabilities, neuropsychological deficits, and psychiatric disorders.
With a background in Social and Behavioural Sciences, Nico brings expertise in emotional and behavioural analysis, which he compliments with his empathetic nature and the ability to deal with complex dynamics.
