Bio
Lucia is an experienced psychotherapist and psychologist specialised in a wide range of mental health issues, including neuroticism, personality disorders (such as borderline), eating disorders, substance abuse, burnout, depression, anxiety, and severe mental illness. She also provides group therapy and child therapy, offering comprehensive support for individuals facing these challenges.
In addition to her clinical work, Lucia is an educator and lecturer in Cross-Cultural Psychology and Developmental Psychology. She has published a school book for high school students and manuals for teachers on group work, inclusive education, and preventing pathological behavior in classrooms.
Lucia also provides supervision and methodical support for teachers, helping them improve their skills in supporting students’ mental health. Her work is centered on promoting growth, healing, and well-being in both personal and educational settings.
