Bio

Jordi Gaso, a gastronomic concept creator and consultant specialised in Mediterranean, Latin, and Nikkei cuisine, serves as one of our private chefs at Paracelsus Recovery. Born in Puebla, Mexico, Jordi initiated his culinary journey by undergoing training in Barcelona at the Hofmann School. He subsequently worked in several restaurants, some of which were honoured with Michelin stars, contributing his skills to distinguished teams, including PAKTA’S under the helm of chef Albert Adria. For nearly two years now, Jordi has been based in Switzerland, leveraging his expertise gained from various consulting projects and accumulated experiences. During this period, he has successfully managed high-end restaurants and coordinated private events.
