Annette had practiced yoga for several years when she discovered Pilates in 2010. She was immediately captivated by its holistic approach to physical and mental training. In 2019, Annette pursued a Personal Trainer certification at Basi Pilates, which helped her gain a deeper understanding of anatomy, movement patterns, and Pilates techniques. Annette places great importance on providing holistic guidance to individuals to promote harmony between the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of themselves. Her training regimen is carefully crafted to optimise the strengthening of the body and mind, while simultaneously alleviating stress. Through her practice, Annette strives to cultivate physical strength, flexibility, and coordination whilst also promoting a sense of inner tranquility.
