Serenitas, one of our three exclusive penthouses on the tranquil shores of Lake Zurich, offers privacy, comfort, and breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Every detail has been designed to help you feel safe, supported, and renewed.
A dedicated five-person hospitality team is on hand at all times, providing private housekeeping, a personal chauffeur, a chef catering to your tastes, and a concierge anticipating your every need.

Recovery is shaped by the space around you. Nestled on the serene shores of Lake Zurich, our residences provide a calm, restorative environment where every detail supports your well-being.
Peaceful dining
Your private residence features a welcoming dining space designed for comfort and restoration. Your personal chef works closely with our nutrition team to prepare meals that meet your clinical needs while reflecting your individual tastes. Most meals are shared with your live-in therapist, though private dining is always available if you prefer.
Spaces to relax
Your private residence includes two spaces dedicated to relaxing, reflecting and engaging in therapy: a thoughtfully-designed living room and a spacious roof terrace. Meetings with your clinical coordinator can also take place here, providing a private and comfortable setting for guidance and support throughout your stay.
Treatment room
Our therapies take place in the privacy and comfort of your penthouse residence. Your dedicated live-in therapist has their own space within the residence, while other specialists visit as needed. This arrangement lets you focus fully on your healing journey in discreet, nourishing, and calming surroundings.
Spaces that invite recovery
This 250 sq. metre recovery sanctuary is a serene retreat, fully furnished with a master bedroom, en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and dedicated spaces for therapy, treatment, or relaxation. Your dedicated live-in therapist is available 24/7 to provide support while always respecting your privacy and personal space.
Other accommodations
Our penthouse apartments are included in our all-inclusive packages. However, if you prefer to stay in a hotel at your own expense, we will be happy to recommend partner hotels that meet our standards for discretion, privacy, and any clinical requirements.
