We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner & Clinical Coordinator to join our Clinical Coordination team.
We are:
An internationally renowned boutique clinic, successful in the global market since 2010, offering various intensive treatment programmes in addiction, mental health and chronic conditions. Our clientele is global and are often members of very wealthy business families, successful entrepreneurs or politicians and entertainers. Our clients are therefore particularly exposed and dependent on competent, empathetic and fast, non-judgemental help and support. During their treatment, they live in one of our clinical penthouse apartments with private housekeeping and a private chef in Zurich.
The Nurse Practitioner & Clinical Coordinator coordinates and seamlessly integrates all clinical specialists involved (psychiatrists, psychotherapists, holistic medicine, complementary therapists) in direct contact with the clients and their families, but also with all internal and external therapists. He/she is, so to speak, the generalist among all specialists.
The work is complex and clinically orientated. Their applied expertise, networked thinking, initiative and what is known as clinical leadership contribute significantly to the success of treatment.
Clinical coordination plays a key role in our therapy model.
We are looking for:
• Ideally MScN completed or in training (BScN is a minimum requirement)
• Several years of professional experience in various clinical areas
• Nearly perfect written and spoken English, any other language an advantage
• Competent appearance, well-groomed appearance
• Standard IT skills
• Strong personality, ability to work under pressure, initiative, entrepreneurial thinking
• Willingness to work flexibly on a project-related basis with plenty of room for manoeuvre

What we are looking for
Your responsibilities:
• Cleaning and maintaining apartments to a high standard (hotel-level quality)
• Laundry care: washing, ironing, and occasionally taking clothes to the dry cleaner
• Making beds and preparing apartments for guests
• Supporting general housekeeping tasks
• Responding to guests’ requests and ensuring cleanliness and comfort
Your profile:
• Experience in cleaning/housekeeping, ideally in hospitality or private households
• Reliable, flexible, and precise in your work
• Passion for cleanliness and order, with strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of German and English (fluency not required)
• Resilient and independent, even with changing tasks

• Overseeing the organisation and leadership of a small housekeeping team.
• Actively supporting daily operations: making beds, laundry care, cleaning and maintaining apartments.
• Ensuring cleanliness and order at a hotel-standard level.
• Attending to guest requests to guarantee a seamless stay.
• Creating duty rosters, motivating and guiding team members.
• Inspecting and approving cleaned areas.
• Managing budgets and materials (ordering, storage, cost control).
• Coordinating with the kitchen team for special service occasions.
• Reporting defects and damages in apartments and arranging repairs or liaising with external service providers.
Your profile:
• Experience in housekeeping, ideally with leadership responsibilities in a high-end hotel or private household.
• Enjoyment of hands-on work combined with strong organisational skills.
• High sense of quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent English and German language skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to varying tasks
